About Your Role

Lead and inspire the middle school team to deliver an engaging and challenging curriculum that meets the needs of all students
Foster an inclusive and supportive environment that promotes student wellbeing and academic growth
Oversee the design and implementation of innovative teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning styles
Track and support student achievement and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other school leaders to ensure alignment with the school’s vision, values, and strategic objectives
Encourage professional development for staff through mentoring and continuous learning
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community
Ensure the middle school division operates with the highest standards of academic excellence and student welfare

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Education or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within middle school education
Proven ability to drive student achievement and foster a culture of academic excellence
Deep understanding of middle school education practices, including differentiated instruction and student wellbeing
Experience with international curricula (e.g., British, IB, or Am
