Lead and mentor a team of talented primary educators to provide exceptional learning experiences
Oversee the curriculum delivery and ensure alignment with international standards

Monitor and track student progress, addressing areas for improvement and celebrating academic achievement
Collaborate closely with staff and leadership to align school goals and vision with the needs of students
Promote a culture of professional development and continuous learning for the primary team
Build strong relationships with parents, teachers, and the community to ensure the success of all students
Drive school initiatives that focus on academic excellence, student welfare, and positive behavior
Requirements
B.Ed in Primary /Elementary, Master’s Degree in Education is preferred
Minimum of 5 Years’ experience in a leadership role within primary education
Proven ability to drive student achievement and lead a team of educators
Strong knowledge of primary education practices, child development, and curriculum design
Experience with international curricula and education standards (e.g., British, IB, or American)
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
