About Your Role
As the Head of Secondary, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the secondary school, developing and implementing strategic educational goals, and ensuring that all students receive a well-rounded, high-quality education. Your leadership will focus on curriculum excellence, student achievement, and fostering an environment that nurtures academic curiosity and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the secondary school team, creating a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
Oversee the development and delivery of the secondary school curriculum, ensuring alignment with international standards
Foster a positive school culture that supports the academic and personal growth of students
Collaborate with the leadership team to implement school-wide initiatives and strategies
Monitor and evaluate student progress and work to address any areas of concern
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for teachers in the secondary division
Promote strong communication and relationships with parents, staff, and the broader community
Ensure the secondary school’s strategic goals are met and continue to evolve with current educational trends
Requirements
Master’s Degree in Education or related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within secondary education
Proven track record of driving academic success and improving student outcomes
Strong ability to manage and support a diverse team of educators
Experience with international curricula and education standards (e.g., IGCSE, IB, or American system)
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
