Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the USA curriculum, focusing on building foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and other core subjects.
Create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages student engagement, creativity, and independence.
Use differentiated instruction strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students and support their academic, social, and emotional development.
Monitor and assess student progress through regular formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and curriculum delivery.
Maintain open and regular communication with parents about their child's progress, behaviour, and overall development.
Participate in school-wide events, parent-teacher conferences, and ongoing professional development sessions to contribute to the school community.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field.
Valid teaching certification, preferably aligned with the USA curriculum.
Previous experience teaching in an elementary school setting, ideally within a USA-based or international curriculum.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
A passion for teaching and nurturing young learners in their academic and personal growth.
