
About Your Role
As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a crucial role in a child’s early development by creating a stimulating, supportive, and engaging learning environment. Through play-based activities, structured lessons, and hands-on experiences, you will help students develop foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional learning.
Key Responsibilities
Foster a safe, welcoming, and nurturing classroom environment for young learners
Implement an engaging, play-based curriculum that encourages creativity and exploration
Develop essential early literacy and numeracy skills through interactive lessons
Support students' social and emotional growth with positive reinforcement strategies
Work closely with parents and colleagues to ensure a well-rounded learning experience
Utilize storytelling, music, art, and movement to make learning fun and effective
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field
A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of Kindergarten teaching experience (International experience is a plus!)
Strong knowledge of early childhood development and play-based learning methods
Warm, patient, and energetic teaching approach to engage young learners
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
