
About Your Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a vibrant and diverse team at a well-established school in Dubai. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, teaching a diverse group of students in the early stages of their academic journey. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating young learners and a commitment to providing high-quality education to children in the primary school years.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for primary school students (grades 1–5) in line with the curriculum.
Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment where students feel motivated and safe to learn.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and tailored support as needed.
Encourage the development of students' social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
Develop and implement strategies for students with different learning needs and abilities.
Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff, and parents to support student development and wellbeing.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.
Foster a love of learning and inspire students to achieve their academic potential.
Ensure all students are treated with respect and their individual learning needs are met.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Primary Education, or a related field (or equivalent).
A valid teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, teaching license, etc.).
Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching primary-aged children.
A genuine passion for working with children and helping them grow academically and personally.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
Previous experience working in an international or multicultural setting is an advantage.
Knowledge of modern teaching techniques, including the use of technology in the classroom.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
A flexible and collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
Requirements
