About Your Role
As a Primary Teacher, your role will focus on providing a nurturing and dynamic learning environment. You’ll be responsible for engaging students in the primary curriculum, developing their social, emotional, and academic skills, and fostering a love for learning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to the growth and development of young children.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver creative and engaging lessons aligned with the primary school curriculum.
Encourage critical thinking and independent learning through hands-on activities.
Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning.
Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment where students feel supported.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the educational experience.
Communicate effectively with parents to track student progress and address concerns.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent)
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in primary education
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Passionate about teaching and supporting young learners
Ability to create engaging, effective lesson plans
