About Your Role
As Principal, you will provide strategic leadership, oversee curriculum implementation, and ensure outstanding academic performance. You will be responsible for student success, faculty development, and maintaining the school's international reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the school’s academic and operational vision
Drive continuous school improvement in line with international education standards
Supervise and support teaching staff to maintain high-quality education delivery
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students and staff
Oversee curriculum development, student assessment, and faculty training programs
Collaborate with school stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and governing bodies
Ensure compliance with local regulations and international accreditation standards
Requirements
Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
Proven experience as a Principal or in a senior leadership role (minimum 5 years)
Strong background in curriculum development, school operations, and academic leadership
Demonstrated ability to manage faculty, drive student success, and implement school policies
Excellent strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
Prior experience in international or Gulf-region schools is an advantage
