
About Your Role
Looking g for an experienced and experienced SENCo to join our client's school in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in a school setting, specifically in coordinating special educational needs programs, and be passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external specialists to ensure students receive appropriate support and interventions.
Provide guidance and training to teaching staff on best practices for inclusive education.
Regularly assess and monitor students' progress and make data-driven decisions for their ongoing development.
Requirements
A degree in Special Education or a related field.
Previous experience as a SENCO in a school setting, preferably with both IB and American curriculum experience.
Familiarity with UAE education regulations and a track record of successfully working with diverse student populations.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Must be under the age of 55 due to visa requirements.
Immediate availability to start.

Salary: Competitive tax-free salary ranging between AED 15,000 to AED 18,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
