About The Role
As a Female Homeroom Teacher, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and productive classroom environment, guiding students in their academic development and helping them grow socially and emotionally. You will serve as a mentor and leader, ensuring that your students are well-prepared for academic success and personal growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young learners and a strong commitment to their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a group of students throughout their academic day, ensuring a smooth transition between lessons and activities.
Implement a variety of teaching methods to engage students in core subjects and create a dynamic learning environment.
Foster social-emotional development and cultivate a supportive, respectful classroom atmosphere.
Monitor student progress, provide individualized support, and collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure student success.
Promote an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and has the opportunity to succeed.
Organize and lead extra-curricular activities and events that enhance the overall school experience.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.
A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed).
A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally in a similar role (international experience is a plus!).
Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
A passion for working with young students and guiding them through their educational journey.
Ability to create a nurturing, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
