About The Role
As Vice Principal for the International High School Girls Section, you will be responsible for overseeing the academic and operational aspects of the high school, ensuring that the American Common Core curriculum is implemented effectively and that students receive the highest standard of education. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience and a proven track record in driving educational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of the high school girls section, ensuring academic success and operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with the Principal and senior leadership team to implement the school’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
Oversee curriculum delivery, ensuring alignment with American Common Core standards and continuous academic improvement.
Mentor and support teachers, helping to enhance their teaching practices and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture, promoting the well-being and academic growth of students.
Maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and other stakeholders to ensure the school’s success.
Requirements
M.Ed or a related advanced degree in education.
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a high school setting (American Common Core or international experience is preferred).
Strong experience in educational leadership and curriculum development.
Excellent communication and team-building skills.
