Teacher Referral Programme T&C
Please read the following Teacher Referral Programme Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) carefully as the provisions contained herein govern the rules for candidate referrals.

Welcome to the Teacher Referral Programme ("Programme") operated by Teach For Life FZE ("Company"). By participating in this Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

The Programme is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and are legally eligible to work in your home country.

You have the capacity to form a binding contract;

You are not a person barred from accessing or using the Website under the governing laws of the T&C; and
-
Your access or use of the Website does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Employees of Teach For Life, their immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in the hiring process are not eligible to participate in this Programme.

Referral Process

To participate, you must refer a potential teacher candidate ("Referee") by submitting their details through the official referral form provided by the Company.

The Referee must be new to the Company’s database, meaning they should not have been previously registered, applied for a position, or been referred by another participant within the last 12 months.

Referrals must include accurate and up-to-date information about the Referee, including their full name, contact details, and qualifications.

Qualification Criteria

For a referral to be considered successful and eligible for the referral fee, the Referee must:

Be successfully hired by the Company or one of its partner schools or institutions.

Complete the probationary period specified in their contract, which is typically 3 months.

The Referee must acknowledge that they were referred by you during the application process.

Referral Reward
-
If the Referee meets all the qualification criteria, you will receive a referral fee as follows:
- Native Speaker
- Licensed Teacher - 500 AED​
- Unlicensed Teacher - 400 AED
- Support Staff - 400 AED
- ESL Staff - 400 AED
- Nursery Staff - 300 AED
- Non-Native Speaker
- Licensed Teacher - 400 AED​​
- Unlicensed Teacher - 300 AED
- Support Staff - 300 AED
- ESL Staff - 300 AED
- Nursery Staff - 200 AED
- Native Speaker

The referral fee will be processed and issued within 7 days after the Referee has successfully completed their probationary period.

Referral fees will be paid via bank transfer or PayPal, and participants may need to provide additional information for processing payments.

Referral fees are subject to any applicable taxes and deductions as required by law in the jurisdiction you live in.

Multiple Referrals

There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make. However, each Referee can only be referred once.

In the event that multiple participants refer the same candidate, the first referral received by the Company will be the only one eligible for the referral fee.

Disqualification
-
The Company reserves the right to disqualify any referral that does not comply with these terms and conditions or is deemed, in its sole discretion, to involve fraudulent activity or misrepresentation.

Participants found to be manipulating or attempting to manipulate the Programme may be banned from participating in any future referral programmes.

Modification and Termination

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through the Company’s website or direct communication with participants.

Referrals made before any changes to the terms and conditions will be honoured in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of the referral.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Participants must ensure the confidentiality of all personal information of the Referees they refer. Personal data should only be submitted through the official referral process and will be handled in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy.

The Company is committed to protecting the privacy of participants and Referees and will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as necessary for the operation of the Programme.

Liability

The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of participation in the Programme.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any referral in cases of error, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Governing Law
-
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Programme will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.

Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Non-compliance with any of these terms may result in disqualification from the Programme.
