Instruction: Teach drama skills and techniques to students, including vocal projection, stage presence, character development, and ensemble work.
Production Management: Direct and oversee drama productions, including selecting scripts, casting roles, and organizing rehearsals.
Classroom Management: Maintain a structured and disciplined classroom environment, ensuring students adhere to rules and safety protocols.
Evaluation and Assessment: Assess students' performance and progress through exams, performances, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other drama teachers, faculty members, and external professionals to organize workshops, events, and performances.
Parent and Community Engagement: Communicate with parents about students' progress, achievements, and upcoming drama events, fostering positive relationships and community involvement.
Professional Development: Stay updated with drama education trends, teaching methods, and theatrical practices through continuous learning and development.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Drama, Theatre Arts, Performing Arts, or a related field. A Master’s degree is beneficial for career advancement.
Certification: Valid teaching certification or licensure specific to the region or country of employment.
Experience: Previous experience teaching drama at various educational levels and settings is preferred.
Drama Expertise: Strong proficiency in drama techniques, acting methods, and theatrical production.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively instruct and interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
Classroom Management: Ability to manage a drama classroom effectively, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment.

Salary Package
Average Salary: The average salary for a Drama Teacher in the UAE is approximately 12,000 AED per month.
Experienced Salary: Drama Teachers with 5-10 years of experience can earn between 15,000 to 18,000 AED per month.
High Salary: Highly experienced Drama Teachers with over 10 years of experience can earn upwards of 20,000 AED per month.
