Parental Communication: Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about students' progress, achievements, and areas needing improvement in English.
Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and best practices in English language teaching.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, English Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree in English literature or TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) is often preferred.
Certification: Valid teaching certification or licensure specific to the region or country, such as QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience teaching English at the relevant educational level is highly beneficial.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English language and literature, with the ability to teach grammar, literature analysis, writing skills, and speaking skills effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage students in learning and communicate with colleagues, parents, and guardians.
Classroom Management: Effective classroom management skills to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Assessment Skills: Ability to assess and analyze student progress and performance accurately, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with educational technology tools and resources to support English language teaching and learning.
Salary Package
Average Salary: The average salary for an English Teacher in the UAE is approximately 12,000 AED per month.
Experienced Salary: Experienced English Teachers with 5-10 years of experience can earn between 15,000 to 18,000 AED per month.
High Salary: Highly experienced and qualified English Teachers with over 10 years of experience can earn upwards of 20,000 AED per month.
