Roles and Responsibilities

Assessment: Assess student progress through tests, quizzes, projects, and presentations, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, managing student behavior effectively.
Individualized Support: Provide additional assistance and resources to students who require extra help, catering to diverse learning needs.
Parental Communication: Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding students' progress and academic performance in general science.
Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated with current scientific advancements and teaching methodologies.
Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to integrate general science across the curriculum and participate in school-wide initiatives.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science Education, General Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree may be preferred for advanced teaching positions.
Certification: Valid teaching certification or licensure specific to the region or country of employment.
Experience: Previous experience teaching general science at the relevant educational level is beneficial.
Subject Knowledge: Strong understanding of fundamental scientific principles across multiple disciplines, including biology, chemistry, physics, and environmental science.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex scientific concepts to students.
Classroom Management: Ability to maintain a structured and positive learning environment, managing student behavior and engagement.
