Requirements to Apply

  • Daily Instruction: Deliver engaging and effective lessons in core subjects such as math, science, language arts, and social studies.

  • Student Supervision: Supervise students throughout the day, including during homeroom periods, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.

  • Individual Support: Provide personalized support and guidance to students, addressing their academic and emotional needs.

  • Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians about student progress, behavior, and classroom activities.

  • Classroom Management: Manage classroom behavior and enforce school policies, creating a positive and disciplined environment.

  • Assessment: Assess student performance through tests, quizzes, projects, and homework, and provide constructive feedback.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and school programs.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. A Master’s degree is often preferred.

  • Certification: Valid teaching certification or licensure (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).

  • Experience: Previous teaching experience in a similar role, preferably 2-5 years, is advantageous.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.

  • Classroom Management: Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.

  • Assessment Skills: Proficient in assessing student performance and providing meaningful feedback.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.

  • Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using educational technology and software to enhance learning.

Salary Package

  • Average Salary: The average salary for a Homeroom Teacher in the UAE is approximately 12,000 AED per month.

  • Experienced Salary: Experienced Homeroom Teachers with 5-10 years of experience can earn between 15,000 to 18,000 AED per month.

  • High Salary: Highly experienced and qualified Homeroom Teachers with over 10 years of experience can earn upwards of 20,000 AED per month..
