  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field. A postgraduate qualification in education is often preferred.

  • Certification: Valid teaching certification or licensure, such as QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.

  • Experience: Prior experience teaching young children, ideally in a Key Stage 1 setting, is highly beneficial.

  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.

  • Classroom Management: Proficiency in classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment.

  • Assessment Proficiency: Ability to assess and track student progress accurately and provide meaningful feedback.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle the demands of teaching and administrative tasks.

Salary Package

  • Average Salary: The average salary for a Key Stage 1 Teacher in the UAE is approximately 12,000 AED per month.

  • Experienced Salary: Experienced Key Stage 1 Teachers with 5-10 years of experience can earn between 15,000 to 18,000 AED per month.

  • High Salary: Highly experienced and qualified Key Stage 1 Teachers with over 10 years of experience can earn upwards of 20,000 AED per month.
