Roles and Responsibilities

Lesson Planning: Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum for subjects like English, math, and science.
Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
Student Assessment: Regularly assess student progress through tests, observations, and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
Parental Communication: Maintain open communication with parents and guardians, updating them on their child's progress and addressing concerns.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field. A postgraduate qualification in education is often preferred.
Certification: Valid teaching certification or licensure, such as QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
Experience: Prior experience teaching young children, ideally in a Key Stage 1 setting, is highly beneficial.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
Classroom Management: Proficiency in classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment.

Experienced Salary: Experienced Key Stage 1 Teachers with 5-10 years of experience can earn between 15,000 to 18,000 AED per month.
