Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field. A postgraduate qualification in education is often preferred.

Experience:Â Prior experience teaching young children, ideally in a Key Stage 1 setting, is highly beneficial.
Skills:Â Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.

Salary Package
Average Salary:Â The average salary for a Key Stage 1 Teacher in the UAE is approximately 12,000 AED per month.
Experienced Salary:Â Experienced Key Stage 1 Teachers with 5-10 years of experience can earn between 15,000 to 18,000 AED per month.
High Salary:Â Highly experienced and qualified Key Stage 1 Teachers with over 10 years of experience can earn upwards of 20,000 AED per month.
