Individual Support:Â Provide additional support to students with special educational needs, ensuring all students achieve their potential.
Extracurricular Activities:Â Organize and participate in school events, clubs, and activities to enhance the overall educational experience.
Professional Development:Â Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with teaching methods and educational trends.
Collaboration:Â Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and school programs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. A postgraduate qualification in education is often preferred.
Certification:Â Valid teaching certification or licensure, such as QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
Experience:Â Prior experience teaching children in a Key Stage 2 setting is highly beneficial.
Skills:Â Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
Classroom Management:Â Proficiency in classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment.
Assessment Skills:Â Ability to assess and track student progress accurately and provide meaningful feedback.

Salary Package
Average Salary:Â The average salary for a Key Stage 2 Teacher in the UAE is approximately 12,000 AED per month.
Experienced Salary:Â Experienced Key Stage 2 Teachers with 5-10 years of experience can earn between 15,000 to 18,000 AED per month.
High Salary:Â Highly experienced and qualified Key Stage 2 Teachers with over 10 years of experience can earn upwards of 20,000 AED per month.
