Roles and Responsibilities

Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the nursery, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Staff Supervision: Manage and support nursery staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Curriculum Development: Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote early childhood development.
Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding their child's progress, events, and policies.
Health and Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, staff, and visitors within the nursery premises.
Budget Management: Manage the nursery budget, including expenses, payroll, and financial reporting.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of care, education, and hygiene within the nursery.
Community Engagement: Build positive relationships with the community and external stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. A Master's degree may be preferred.
Experience: Significant experience in a nursery or early childhood setting, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
Certification: Valid certification in early childhood education or nursery management.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with parents and staff.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise in a nursery environment.
Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of local regulations and standards for early childhood education and care.
First Aid Certification: Certification in pediatric first aid and CPR.
