Child Development:Â Foster the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of young children through engaging activities.
Classroom Management:Â Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages positive behavior and learning.
Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians about their child’s progress, behavior, and development.
Assessment:Â Conduct regular assessments of each child's development and learning, providing feedback and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
Health and Safety:Â Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the classroom, following hygiene and safety protocols.
Collaboration:Â Work collaboratively with other teachers, assistants, and staff to support the overall educational program.
Professional Development:Â Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
Certification:Â Valid teaching certification or licensure in early childhood education.
Experience:Â Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is highly beneficial.
Skills:Â Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young children.
Classroom Management:Â Proficiency in managing a classroom and creating a positive learning environment.
Knowledge:Â Understanding of early childhood development principles and educational best practices.
First Aid Certification:Â Certification in pediatric first aid and CPR is advantageous.
Language Skills:Â Fluency in English is often required, and knowledge of Arabic or another language may be beneficial.
Salary Package
Average Salary:Â The average salary for a Pre-K Teacher in the UAE is approximately 10,000 AED per month.
Experienced Salary:Â Experienced Pre-K Teachers with 5-10 years of experience can earn between 12,000 to 15,000 AED per month.
High Salary:Â Highly experienced and qualified Pre-K Teachers with over 10 years of experience can earn upwards of 18,000 AED per month.
Currency Conversion:Â These salaries correspond to approximately 2,700 to 4,900 USD or 2,500 to 4,400 EUR per month, depending on exchange rates.
