Curriculum Development: Design and develop visual art lessons and courses that align with curriculum standards, focusing on various art techniques such as drawing, painting, sculpture, and digital media.
Instruction: Teach students fundamental principles of art and design, including color theory, perspective, composition, and art history.
Studio Management: Manage art supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a safe and organized studio environment conducive to creativity and learning.
Individualized Instruction: Provide personalized guidance and support to students, encouraging artistic expression and creativity.
Exhibition and Display: Organize and display students' artwork within the school and community, showcasing their talents and achievements.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other art teachers, faculty members, and external professionals to organize art exhibitions, workshops, and community art projects.
Evaluation and Assessment: Assess students' artwork and progress through critiques, exhibitions, and portfolios, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Art Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous for higher-level teaching positions.
Certification: Valid teaching certification or licensure specific to the region or country of employment.
Experience: Previous experience teaching visual art at various educational levels and settings is preferred.
Artistic Skills: Strong proficiency in various art techniques and media, including drawing, painting, sculpture, ceramics, digital art, and mixed media.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively instruct and interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
Classroom Management: Ability to manage an art classroom effectively, ensuring a positive and focused learning environment.
Creativity and Passion: A passion for visual arts and creativity in developing engaging and innovative art programs and projects.

Salary Package
Average Salary: The average salary for a Textiles Teacher in the UAE is approximately 12,000 AED per month.
Experienced Salary: Textiles Teachers with 5-10 years of experience can earn between 15,000 to 18,000 AED per month.
High Salary: Highly experienced Textiles Teachers with over 10 years of experience can earn upwards of 20,000 AED per month.
