Requirements to Apply

  • Extracurricular Involvement: Participate in and organize school events, clubs, and activities to enhance the overall educational experience of students.

  • Professional Development: Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and teaching strategies.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teachers, support staff, and administration to ensure a cohesive and effective educational environment.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. A Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject is often preferred.

  • Certification: Valid teaching certification or licensure, such as QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.

  • Experience: Previous experience teaching upper primary students, typically those in grades 4-6, is highly beneficial.

  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.

  • Classroom Management: Proficiency in classroom management techniques to create a conducive learning environment.

  • Assessment Skills: Ability to assess and track student progress accurately, providing meaningful and actionable feedback.

  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with educational technology tools and resources to enhance classroom learning.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to balance teaching responsibilities and administrative tasks.

Salary Package

  • Average Salary: The average salary for an Upper Primary Teacher in the UAE is approximately 12,000 AED per month.

  • Experienced Salary: Experienced Upper Primary Teachers with 5-10 years of experience can earn between 15,000 to 18,000 AED per month.

  • High Salary: Highly experienced and qualified Upper Primary Teachers with over 10 years of experience can earn upwards of 20,000 AED per month.
