In addition to teaching practical skills, Art & Design teachers are responsible for assessing students’ progress and providing constructive feedback that supports their artistic growth. They evaluate students' work based on creativity, technique, and adherence to the assignment's objectives, while also encouraging them to push their boundaries and explore new ideas. Requirements to Apply for an Art & Design Teacher position:
 

  1. Educational Qualifications:

    • Typically ranges from 9,000 AED to 16,000 AED TAX FREE ($2500 to $4,000), depending on the teacher's experience, qualifications, and the prestige of the institution. International schools and schools in major cities tend to offer higher salaries.

    • An end-of-service gratuity or severance payment is typically offered, calculated based on the length of service and the terms of the contract. This benefit is a lump sum paid upon the completion of the employment contract.
